    Requirements
    • Strong knowledge of organization of inbound/outbound sales processes;
    • Proven record of building a successful sales strategy, sales processes and sales funnel optimization;
    • Managing sales team and sales team objectives;
    • Have outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
    • Full cycle sales expertise in IT sphere;
    • Great leader: ability to influence and collaborate with both internal team members and external partners;
    • Fluent written and spoken English.
    Responsibilities
    • Implementation of a business strategy in new sales directions;
    • Own sales operations, including monthly/quarterly planning, forecasting, sales team reporting;
    • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team;
    • Launching B2B sales, setting up inbound/outbound sales strategies;
    • Negotiating with potential clients and deals closing;
    • Building up clientele, maintaining long-term relations with a customers;
    • New services presentation for clients and partners.
