Lead Generation Manager

We are looking for talented Lead Generation Manager to join our Sales team.

    Requirements
    • Upper-intermediate level of English;
    • Experience working as a lead generation manager or in a similar position in an IT company (at least 6 months);
    • Experience with lead generation tools (Sales Navigator, etc.);
    • Great experience with cold outreach & related tools;
    • Perseverance to do the routine work;
    • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills;
    • Basic understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing business;
    • Being proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented;
    • Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot);
    • Good analytical and research skills.
    Responsibilities
    • Generating new leads using toolset provided, prospecting, identifying key decision-makers;
    • Create messaging scripts and develop scenarios to attract potential leads’ attention;
    • Establishing the first contact with potential clients;
    • Doing markets research;
    • Day-to-day work with potential leads’ database;
    • Create, deliver, and analyze the overall effectiveness of lead generation activities.
